Well this is my latest layout. It looks better in real life than it does here. To be honnest it was quite good blowing the old cobwebs out and getting into it again. I haven't sat down and done anything for ages with all that is going on in the farm selling stakes, but I love it any way. :)

Friday we went down to the farm we have signed up and saw what they did with the sewage. It looks really good and of course we got to see it again. We left kidlets at mum and dads on the way down but as it turned out they could of come as the plumber wasn't there. Never mind.

We had a phone call from our real estate agent today (they do work Sundays :) ) and we are sick of waiting for one of the lawyers involved so he is going to our Lawyer 8.30 tomorrow morning and get him on the phone. One way or another it is going to be sorted weather he has to drive to Christchurch and get the papers off her himself. It is so frustrating that she is holding everything up. Grrr. Tomorrow we will be under way and be able to sign this place up. Yeha.

Today my MIL came out for lunch. We had a big roast on and as usual I had a heap done so Li rang her and she said she would come out. And to be honnest I think she enjoyed it and the kids company.

Well today I was talking to Sharee and had a yacka to her for a while :) She has even encouraged me to do canvas. Ekkk don't know how that will go but I will give it a try. I can picture it finneshed but usually when I finnesh it is completely different to how I envisaged it. Time will tell.

Well that is all the news for now. Tomorrow we will know more :)
